Miele is the 1st amaretto to use Quebec local organic honey. A portion of sales are donated to the Miele Montreal Cooperative to support the work they do with bees. Since almond cultivation is one of the most harmful to bees, the amaretto is made with avellina (apricot kernel). Typical amaretto flavors of apricot, almond, pears, chamomile and ginger.
